Role Dynamics
- Location: Hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week at our Surbiton office, complemented by the option to work remotely.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the SEO Manager and Outreach Executive, implementing robust SEO strategies for a broad spectrum of clients, from lead generation to e-commerce.
- SEO Activities: Engage in daily SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-site optimisation, site architecture enhancements, competitor analysis, link reviews, and conducting technical SEO audits.
- Analytics Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of competence using analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio for in-depth performance analysis and strategic adjustments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, delivering personalised SEO solutions that align with their unique needs.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare detailed reports for clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- Innovation and Learning: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and tools, applying this knowledge to maintain our competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentorship: Contribute to the growth and development of junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional advancement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- SEO Expertise: A thorough understanding of how search engines work, with hands-on experience in both technical and content-led SEO strategies and techniques.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio, enabling sophisticated analysis and informed decision-making.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional Excel skills and a high standard of written and spoken English.
- Proactive Learner: A quick learner with a deep commitment to a long-term career in SEO. Must have eligibility to work and reside in the UK.
